All returns must be made within 30 days starting from the day you receive your order. Item(s) must be in its original condition – clean, unworn, and undamaged with the tags attached and in its original packaging.
West Malaysia: Free returns via EasyParcel or Self Return
East Malaysia: Mail it back via any courier service of your choice. Customers are responsible for the return fee.
International: Mail it back via any courier service of your choice. Customers are responsible for the return fee, tax and duty charges (if applicable).

For international shipment (outside of Malaysia) with more than 1 item purchased, our standard practice is to pack the items into one box in order to reduce the shipping cost borne by you.
