Return & Exchange Policy
- All returns must be made within 30 days starting from the day you receive your order.
Require approval of return & exchange request from customer service team before proceeding.
- Item(s) must be in its original condition – clean, unworn, and undamaged with the tags attached and in its original packaging.
*Note that if the returned item(s) does not meet our policy, you order will not be qualified as an exchange.
Return & Exchange Shipping Charges

1. West Malaysia: Returns and exchanges are free of charge.
2. East Malaysia & Singapore: Customers are required to bear the return shipping cost. The reshipment cost will be borne by Nose. - Other International Orders:
Customers are required to bear both return and reshipment shipping costs.
Return Instructions (for applicable regions):
1. Please return the item via any post office at your own cost (if applicable).
2. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
3. Keep the consignment receipt as proof of return.
Return & Exchange Timeframe
Please allow up to 10 working days for us to receive your parcel, process your exchange and confirm your replacement item. We’ll give you an update once this has been done.
