Return & Refund Policy

  • All returns must be made within 30 days starting from the day you receive your order here : https://360.postco.co/nose 
  • Require approval of return & refund request from customer service team before proceeding.
  • Item(s) must be in its original condition – clean, unworn, and undamaged with the tags attached and in its original packaging.*
  • Note that if the returned item(s) does not meet our policy, your request will not be qualified as a refund. 

 

Refunds Timeframe

  • Store Credit Refunds: Within 2-3 working day
  • Credit Card, Debit Card and FPX Refunds: Within 7-14 working days
  • E-wallet Refund: Within 30 working days

 

Return & Refund Shipping Charges

  • Returns and refunds are free within West Malaysia. For East Malaysia and International returns, customers will be responsible for the return shipping charges.
  • For East Malaysia and international customers:-
    • You are required to make the return at any post office at your own cost. Re-pack the item in its original packaging or in a secure, waterproof package with labels and tags still attached.
    • Proceed to the nearest post office to process your return.
    • Keep your consignment receipt safe as you might need this as your proof of return.
