Return & Repair Policy

General Conditions

  • Returns and repairs are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

  • Shoes must be in acceptable condition for return or repair. "Acceptable condition" means that they cannot be severely damaged, excessively worn, or soiled. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

  • A valid receipt(offline store) or order number(website) is required for all returns, repairs, and refunds.

  • All returned items will be assessed to determine the validity of the defect. Customers will hear from us within 2-3 working days whether the shoes are feasible for repair.

 

Return for Repair

  • We prioritize repairing defective shoes whenever possible. Our goal is to extend the lifespan of your footwear.

  • To qualify for repairs, customers must retain possession of the shoes. If shoes are disposed before the assessment, the repair option becomes void and no refund allowed.

  • Repair times may vary based on the complexity of the defect. Normally it will take 7-14 business days. We will provide an estimated timeframe upon receipt of the shoes.

  • We will make sure the shoes are in their best condition before sending them back to you. Therefore, second time repair is not accepted.

 

Return for Refund

  • Refunds are issued when repair is not feasible, or if the customer prefers a refund and the shoes meet our condition requirements.

  • If the shoe's conditions are not acceptable for a refund, then the customer will be notified and given the option to have the shoes returned to them.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

  • Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to be processed and appear on your account.

  • Shoes that have been discarded or disposed of will not be considered for refund. The shoe needs to be returned to the store to be processed.
